A quick reminder that today, Sat Mar 22nd is the priority application deadline for the 2008 Rose City International Conductor\u2019s Workshop. You can apply online via the RCICW website<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

The RCICW is now the first conducting institute to go post free- applicants may submit their videos via webhosting services (including personal websites, YouTube, etc) or email. If you are sending a DVD, that may be postmarked by March 25th. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This year\u2019s workshop takes place from <\/span>July 21-27, 2008<\/span> in <\/span>Portland<\/span>, <\/span>Oregon<\/span>– one of the most beautiful and enjoyable cities in the country. Our faculty this year include David Hoose<\/a>, Christopher Zimmerman<\/a> and Kenneth Woods<\/a>, director. Students also have the opportunity to work with professional soloists in concerto accompanying and operatic repertoire. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
