The tears in our eyes at the end of this professional premi\u00e8re of John Joubert\u2019s <i>Jane Eyre<\/i> were quickened not only by the ravishing music of Jane and Rochester\u2019s reconciliation, but also by the sheer emotional importance of the occasion \u2026 Joubert\u2019s vision\u00a0was finally fulfilled \u2026 the near-ninety year-old acknowledged thunderous applause after a tremendous performance of a wonderful score\u201d\u00a0<i>\u2013 Birmingham Post<\/i><\/p>\n<p>\u201cFive Stars.
